Course Format

This course is delivered as blended learning, combining workshops and online tools.

Participants will have the opportunity to discuss and explore issues relating to the course topics and consider ways in which they have encountered these issues in their work. During the workshops, participants will experience “real” situations and scenarios to transfer the theory of the course into practice.

Participants can access training support tools through the AncoraHub during and after workshops, for ongoing post-training support.

Course Content

  • Module 1 – Goal Setting Framework

    In this module, participants will create a framework that helps them to think about their goals with clarity through review and evaluation.

    • Apply a framework for goal setting
  • Module 2 – Setting Boundaries

    Through this module, participants will examine how setting boundaries can impact employee behaviour in the workplace and support more effective group engagement for success.

    Learning outcomes:

    • Apply professional boundaries to support effective group engagement
  • Module 3 - Providing Feedback

    In this module, participants will learn how to implement appraisals to set performance expectations, provide support and ongoing feedback.

    Learning outcomes:

    • Provide feedback that is effective, understood and solution driven
