The training provides opportunity for participants to discuss and demonstrate the power of selling assets, motivational behaviour and SMART goal setting through group activity and discussion.
There will be the opportunity over the training to allow participants to experience “real” situations and scenarios to transfer the theory of the course into practice. There are evaluations at the end of each module and again at the end of the programme.
This course uses interactive support tools for SMART goal setting. Participants can access these tools through the AncoraHub during and after workshops, for ongoing post-training support.
