Grow Your Team Sales is a one-day workshop for individuals to discover how to effectively manage a team through the application of a framework for goal setting. Participants will explore the importance of recognition and reward, through appraisal and feedback, by learning to apply boundaries in the workplace.

This course is delivered as blended learning, combining workshops and online tools.
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss and explore issues relating to the course topics and consider ways in which they have encountered these issues in their work. During the workshops, participants will experience “real” situations and scenarios to transfer the theory of the course into practice.
Participants can access training support tools through the AncoraHub during and after workshops, for ongoing post-training support.
In this module, participants will create a framework that helps them to think about their goals with clarity through review and evaluation.
